Periodontal Regeneration
Periodontal regeneration is often used to rebuild the supporting structures around the teeth which have been destroyed by periodontal disease. Tissues which can be rebuilt include the bones around the necks of the teeth and the fibers which hold the tooth in close contact with the jawbone.
 
Bone surgery
  Bone surgery may be used to rebuild or reshape bone that has been destroyed. Grafts of the patients bone or artificial bone may be used, as well as special membrances.
